           Attention all PWP Members and Prospective Members
Our dances are open functions.  All other functions are closed and are for members only.  Prospective members may attend two closed functions.  After that they must attend an Orientation and become a member of PWP in order to attend our other closed functions, where members must show their valid  PWP membership card.

(A) SUPER BOWL SUNDAY   SUPER BOWL PARTY   CHERRY VALLEY
Cost: $5.00 for Members bringing  food for 8, an additional $5.00 empty-handed or not enough food.. $10.00 for Non-members bringing food for 8, an additional $5.00 empty-handed or not enough food.  Please call Gail for what to bring.

        The Music & fun starts the second Friday of each month.
 TIME:  8 PM to 10:30 PM.  Cost per person $10 Members, $12 Non-Members

               (O) Orientation Time: 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
(A) Dance Time:  Starts at 8:00 pm.   Location: Edward's Mansion, 2064 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands.  Directions: Take 10 Fwy, exit California Street in Redlands, go north.  Turn right on Orange Tree Lane, Edwards entrance is the first driveway on the left side.  Follow the driveway, take the fork to the right, to the parking lot in the back.

Admission Cost: Free.  And free parking on weekends.

Besides produce, baked goods, yard plants and seafood there is information about these products.
Included will be free music by Ron Ely. Address: Main St and Sixth St, Riverside. Directions: exit the 91 at Mission Inn (from SB) or University (from the west), go to Mission Inn and turn toward downtown, turn right on Orange, go one block to 6th Street, turn left to Main.

BOD meeting time: 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.  Calendar meeting time: 12:45 PM to 1:15PM.
General meeting time: 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM.  (E) Speaker: Mark Yawnick, "Train Days" event.  Location: IHOP Restaurant, 1630 Industrial Park Ave., Redlands, Phone: 909-335-6030. Directions: Exit the I-10 at Alabama, go south on Alabama 0.1 mile, go right on Industrial Park Ave. to address.

 

Saturday, February 18,  Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(E) (F) Scottish Festival   Queen Mary   Long Beach
Admission Cost, one day: $18 per person, plus parking fee
A no-host event.  Come out to the Gatherin' O' the Clans!  Thrill to the sound of the hundreds of bagpipes playing and marching!  See all of the colours and regalia that this event has to offer!  Visit the Queen Mary!  And visit the many Scottish shops, you can even buy a kilt!  For more details see http://www.queenmary.com/Scottish-Festival.aspx    Location:  Queen Mary is located at the south end of the 710 Freeway, on the water in Long Beach at: 1126 Queen's Hwy, Long Beach, CA, 90802.  Directions: Take the 91 W, to I-710 S, take I-710 S to S. Harbor Scenic Dr., bear left on Queen's Hwy, arrive at Queen Mary on the left, in to the parking area.

Cost: $7 all theater tickets, plus whatever you spend at the restaurant

Movie selections and show times always vary for each event, and the new information becomes available on the Friday before each event.  Please call Betty in advance.  Meet in front of the theater, and we can pick a movie to see.  After the show, we will have a dine-out at a nearby
restaurant.  Location: Regal Cinemas Riverside "Stadium 16",  Address: 3535 Riverside Plaza Dr., Riverside. Directions: From the 91 Fwy in Riverside, take Central to Riverside Dr., turn toward Plaza, turn left on Merrill, turn left in to Plaza.  Parking behind and in front of theater.

Cost: Free admission; $12 to ride trains all day

The West's largest collection of locomotives, passenger and freight cars, and streetcars.  Trains are operating every weekend.  Address:  2201 S. "A" St, Perris.  Phone: 951-943-3020.  Directions:  Take 215 south to Perris, exit at Route 74, follow Route 74 (4th St) west for one mile, turn left onto "A" St, go 1.5 miles to OERM on the left.  Free parking.
