| President's Message March, 2010 Bob McCulley
Hi everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my message this month. We are sad that one of our Board members has recently lost a relative. We had a great turnout for the Superbowl party. Everyone had a great time. We had a lot of our members join in the fun. I think we had almost as many happy people as the Saints themselves. We have an issue that must be addressed. As most of you know, we can have only one open event per month which is reserved for our Dances. So here is what the Board must decide at the next Board meeting. We must decide whether to eliminate two monthly dances and instead have an open Superbowl party in February, and do the same for our annual Christmas party in December. So, it would to your advantage to become a member so you can participate in all of our activities. This would include movies and dine outs, monthly poker games, Superbowl and Christmas party, the chowder run as examples. We must enforce this policy to be compliant with PWP International. When you stop to think, it is not fair to the members who pay their $50 to be able to participate in our activities. I want to thank each of you who support our dances and to members who support our activities and I look forward to seeing you at our St. Patrick's Dance in March.

Programs/Education Vice President’s Message Liz Cervantes clis2217@yahoo.com You may not have thought of it as "educational" but have you gone or been invited to some type of conference about health, diet, insurance, etc? These are events that people find new information or "educate"; inform me if you know of any such events where others would be welcome. I am only one person there for I only tell you about events I know about. Unfortunately, we are still in need...so any food or glasses would be used by the Second Harvest Food Bank or the Lions Club. Thank you. Lisbeth
